I think you make a really good point about AI and freeing up time.
AI as a tool should be used to free up time.. But, it seems to me, all the things that they want AI to free up time FROM are the things they should be Freeing up time FOR. Things like art, time with friends, learning for the sake of learning, those are the things that AI should be giving us MORE time to do, not less.
