The Oppenheimer of AI now recognises his great gift is nothing of the kind even though there were many people who expressed concern way back then. But he went ahead anyway and now he can't put the genie back in the bottle. I admire his courage but it's too late, he stayed at the coalface until the fire was well and truly blazing.
