She does not know enough about LLMs. You can download a SMALL version of any LLMs onto your PC and work locally. But that's not all. I am currently working on a SLM, small language model that is using a completely different framework that is far more efficient than these current transformer deep learning AIs. Language models DO NOT always need a lot of computing power or a lot of energy to run.
