The whole way LL models have been built is illegal… because they took public social data and some private data and trained their models… how else can you build a large language model with 40M+ tokens? It was a data theft and data fraud at a mass scale… if you thought your data was safe with private organization on cloud … it is just your imagination!!! Just like how humans got exploited … data also got exploited ….
