Good point, haven't thought about that one yet .... provide necessities then like free or free up to $ a certain dollar amount for electricity, water, food, shelter..... ie, bc AI amd robots are so efficient at creating electricity, every household/business get a monthly credit of $100 or whatever and if you exceed that amount, you pay for it.
