I'm sorry, but the government and civilians are not going to let truck drivers keep their jobs just because they want to. And betting against the AI to eventually be drastically safer than humans is a losing battle as well. I'd start looking for something else to do now while you still can. Eventually all normal jobs will be done by robots and AI but truckers are for sure screwed in the short term.
