You can probably get something that is very close in style to the original with complex prompts. Some people use very long and detailed prompts to define all kinds of details. In some Image AIs like Leonarda or Stable Diffusion you can also actively add negative prompts to tell which details should be avoided. But overall yes, it will be very hard for AI image creation to recreate smth similar to this. It also heavily depends on the user tho.
