Yeah, the best AI (and we are still decades or more from "the best") is only as reliable as the data in its training base and even then is subject to bias of the human who setup its training (and any societal bias that may just be present in the data.
Your two best AI possibities are : brainstorming, which is then a base for actual human work, or if it was incredibly well curated training, looking up pure binary (because computers) answers that have no variation in context (which computers can not understand. The most basic example being that Face recognition does not know what a "face' is, it knows a certain overlapping bunch of spheres and cones shapesform something a human that chose its training data calls a "Face").
Prettymuch anything else is prone to being knockoffs, fabrications and errors in judgement... None of which you really want anywhere near you legal affairs.
