The flaw in this model is the assumption that a company can continue to flourish if it does the same thing or alternatively, innovation comes from the board; both false. If this is taken into account the half life of an AI company is not lengthy except in specific hyper stable sectors like sewerage treatment. And too, there is the assumption that the shareholders won't replace the board with AI, which would free many sociopaths to compete.
