Just had my first bad expirience , calling in to pay my credit card with the automated phone system . The infobot intentionally read off everything possible then said it didn’t understand what I I wanted and kept sending me to hold for a rep . On the third attempt the first thing it said was my payment is late . Yes thank you for that .
