I feel like the way to make it ethical is if 1. Artists submit their art into an AI system and get a royalty payment whenever the AI uses their art in the creation of a piece, and 2. People are required to acknowledge it is a an AI art (possibly with the AI art app creating a QR code or link that takes people to a list of all the artists/artwork that was used in the creation of the specific image)
