I don't agree with the facial recognition tech for this purpose. Made sure you threw in the "more likely to mismatch people of color and other marginalized groups" comment. So, people of color, & other marginalized groups. How does the facial recognition tell if someone is marginalized? Is it a level of pigment or something? If you said color, alone, that's one thing. That's visual. I don't get the other part.
