1) No it wont replace artists, AI art doesnt create original work. Nobody has had the time to look through a gallery of digital art, but due to ai art they are now experiencing altered versions of already existing art. You can spot this through typing original ideas into the ai a few times, and you will see the very simmilar images over and over due to the small sample.
2) It is stealing, the art is being used fully without the consent of the artists. This is also being sold by people. Making a few photoshop edits to someones artworks still features the artist.
