If a cop can't tell you what specific crime you're suspect of committing, then they don't have probable cause to detain you and it is within your 4th amendment right to refuse to show ID or talk to them at all. These cops are idiots. Their magical algorithm which can tell the future apparently couldn't predict that they would be sued over a blatantly unconstitutional policy.
