Regulating this will be like chasing a fart in Wyoming. The best thing to do is to start coming to grips with it. Teach your kids now that there is no shame for them when it comes to the actions of others. The potential increase in unaliving due to such an advanced bullying and harassment tool is a good enough reason to outlaw the use of this type of AI outright.
