One of the things that make real art stand out compared to ai art is the composition. Usually when a real artist does the fully-rendered art they have something as the main points of the piece. They have more details, maybe a more contrasting color palette for it to catch the eye. And so human's eye lingers on those main points for some time.
With ai art however, every part is done in the same manner. Nothing stands out. There's no contrast. It looks good on the first glance, but there's nothing that could make us stop and observe the piece even for a moment.
