Anti social behaviour shoud be dealt with by capital punishment. cameraId and facial recognition is really important. If you have never commited a crime you have nothing to fear. Certain types of people are MUCH more likely to commit crimes. Nothing should be down graded, it should be all as detailed as possible. Dont use a person,to id the criminals, use the machine.
