sorry, but i dont think its okay to pull off these kinds of things, and for the guy who created it, saying he just wants people to think about it, real or not, that doesn't come close to being able to justify what he is doing. There is clearly something wrong with this guy, and people like him. This can do immense harm to the person they are deep faking, and can you imagine trying to prove you are not the person in a video where the person in the video is you!?!? This should be actively discouraged and something put in place, whose penalties should be so severe that no one would create another deepfake.
