"Human language", as we know the English tongue is horrible. So there will be either a different language chosen to the projects, or a new "machine" language developed. There are certain national languages already developed with full semantic and not confusing meanings on the table, but the world is adopting English language which can not stand the needs of the AI development. It is already not efficient in international human politicks and converse. Half of world problems coming from popularity of English.
