I think because of the sheer volume ai slop is reaching more people than human-made content and that’s terribly concerning. As responsible adults we can choose to ignore it but children would easily get the habit of over-consuming this nothing content! Will we lose a generation who can understand context and understand nuance? Even the adults are losing the ability to engage to a story, cz most people never do, unless it’s at a superficial level (like looking someone up cz they’re pretty). How to inspire people to enjoy complexity and ideas that need time to stew 🤔
