It's so funny seeing famous people posturing about the grand results they have achieved, while they only prove their lack of understanding on the subject.
They are conflating what we currently call as A.I. with what is in science fiction. The term of "has to be human" in the contract is pointless, as current A.I. lacks any sort of intelligence, so it is unable to perform without human actions.
