Ok, I admit I’m to old to pretend I know much about AI, or even express exactly I want to say but here goes.
Nature has a way that culls a species, when events make it difficult to sustain that’s species survival.
Are we trying to mimic this using AI ?, perhaps unconsciously mostly, but looking at our world today, the economic shifts, energy issues, food shortages, viruses, and environmental issues, while also using AI for longevity “at a price” it’s very likely some people of influence would consider all these things and think AI could be used to depopulate the world.
Perhaps that’s not a bad idea, depopulation would solve a lot of issues above, but who formulates the moral position on that, we are humans, we all have varying morals based upon some very shady ground.
All those issues the world has and AI, along with humanities usual warmongering increasing, seem all very connected.
If that conclusion is right, who is driving it, or which organization is driving it, whichever, it is anti natural, anti life, cold and devoid of morals bcoz this could all come down to the most becoming extinct for a few very powerful few.
