Sapiens, learning and reasoning by seeing, is not a crime.
It would be a crime, if AI generated art is sold as paining from another artist, putting a false signature or monogram or suggesting this is an original from the famous painter X.
What do today artists pay long gone artists like Van Gogh, that died in poverty and misery?
What about artists that sell a can of soup, a factory made fire extinguisher or a raw rock from nature as expensive art? You wanna stay an exclusive analogous club? Then don't put it on the public space internet. Put it into art galleries in Manhatten, NY.
