This has the potential to be more influential to society than the entire internet. In fact, a super intelligence could weaponize the internet against us. It could learn human behavior in an instant if it gained access to internet, or social media. This reminds me of the tv show 'Person of Interest', where an ai is used to monitor US citizens and identify hostile individuals before they have a chance to carry out their hostile intent (almost like modern day China and their social-credit score system controlled by an ai). This could be what the Bible talks about in Revelation as "the mark of the Beast." Anyone who doesn't have the mark isn't able to buy or sell anything on a global market.
