ill just say that customers on the telecom company i work for repeatedly ask to give a complaint about the IVR, saying they prefer the somewhat complicated number pressing system from before, that leads them faster to a human, than trying multiple times to be understood by the voice recognition AI (fails multiple times, even performs actions on the service with the wrong thing in mind .. so then i have to fix the actual problem and the one created by it .
