I grow avocados on 10 acres. I have many different varieties, some are unique. Each variety has it's own special markers to know when it is perfectly ready for harvest. Each individual fruit matures at a slightly different time. Trees are tall. I harvest them with a ladder, a long pole with a bag. I think about how to develop a machine ( AI robot) to do this work.
