Honestly I only see bad programmer getting fired in my area. And they are mainly of one gender. I remember when I had to restart my life. I had the choice what profession to go for. And I landed where AI will never be part because of one simple reason. No one will ever take responsibility and pay the bill if AI did bullshit and damage is done.
