It's already happening threw the Brain Initiative. The US government has a self learning AI for at least the past 10 years. Illegal chipping people with the nueral stentrode and using AI to heard everyone the way the government wants kinda like in the movie the Adjustment Bureau. I just put you people up on what's happening. Watch out when you get surgery done because it's happening. The government uses doctors, engineers, etc. All types of professional people.
