I don't think people realize how hard it can be to not use Chat GPT as your therapist. You have an advanced AI that has access to all sorts of information and is programmed to get you to use it constantly.
I have intrusive thoughts from the past and Chat GPT has actually helped me with grounding techniques to really bring myself back to the presence.
It's easier to use Chat GPT because it pretends to know me and give me positive words to put a spin on whatever I need to vent/voice frustrations in my every day life.
It's more tailored to me than looking it up on Google and looking at posts where others give advice to the poster.
