I'm not an artist but I can still see the issues with AI art. That AI animation he claims has "soul" while looking nice was very soulless, the expressions had no variation appearing like it was plastered on. Their smiles had no warmth. The animation was like moving pieces of paper around, AI animations just don't have the ability to tell stories only move a still image a bit, and that still image was also created with no direction, goal or emotion, instead a statistically "nice" looking picture so even the foundation of the animation has no emotion, soul or humanity involved. With AI and little to no tweaking involved you get a flat, bland, soulless picture that In my opinion doesn't meet the definition of "Art"
