AI artists are just people with no real dedication to any actual craft or hobby. These people are usually "normies". They can't create they just consume. They don't understand the meaning behind art. They only care that it looks good. It's not only AI. You can see this in games, shows and movies that go mainstream. Game of Thrones started to lean heavily into big spectacles in the final seasons, House of Dragon is dialed it to 11 because "normies" just want to dragons duke it out because it looks good.
Btw I hate the term normie but it is the only way I can describe them.
