This missed the entire point. It was poorly thought out. As an author who's work has been stolen by LLM (which are ***not*** AI despite being called AI) and as a programmer who has written ethical AI (which ***is*** AI), I was disappointed with everything that was said. There's also this assumption that AI's future is based on public will. It isn't there's a metric ton of money being spent to make sure the public has little to no control over how AI (or pseudo AI) is implemented.
