I look for what I call "logic errors". For example, an AI-generated image of a man driving a car can look stunningly realistic, but if you look outside of the car at its surroundings, you'll notice things like cars driving the wrong way on the road, or road signs that don't fit the environment (e.g., a stop sign where there is no intersection).
