Well, when it comes to job loss, it might depend on what kind of concepting is needed, if a specific pose is required for example, sometimes you can't control it with just an AI prompt
Second one - this is stealing - yes, but it has been done before as something we call "photobashing" where people take ready made images, arts, etc and manipulate, bash them together into one new art, HOWEVER, people use it as a concept for their own new art, they don't use it as a final art as some people do, which is just wrong.
