Works only if images are straight up thrown into a dataset. If they're preprocesed - just use function (cleanup) or just build a model of a different type that more tolerant to noise (yup - "poison" works on the principle of "garbage in garbage out" but if the image is not complete garbage - you can just filter it out.)
The worst part - it is already looking like a bad image compression artifacts, but further improvements against sraping will make it worse and worse, to the extent where real art will look worse than AI one.
The only long-term working protection - is ban scraping without consent BY THE LAW. In any onther cases AI will eventually catch up simply due to sheer amount of resources pumped into it
