What about the elevator operators replaced by automation - gone.
What about the telephone operators that made your telephone calls possible - gone.
What about the robotic automation that assembled your car - without automation, your car would cost much more.
What about that that television - all those surface mounted components placed by machine on printed circuit boards - not possible without automation.
I understand the concerns about job losses. Maybe the answer is shorter work week so more jobs for people. Or retraining for other jobs. AI is coming whether we like it or not.
