I have a CS background and have studied the current state of AI a good amount and I can say very confidently that we should not use them for banking transactions. We should also use extreme caution regarding using them for any other finance work such as predictive investing.
They are non predictive, lead data during training, and have sever difficulties adapting to new kinds of information that could be used to exploit them.
