Fast forward 2000 years. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if AI is at the top of the food chain. There are some out there theories that humans have been on this planet working like a hive to create AI tech. By nature, humans have to be innovative and instinctively have to push the boundaries. Maybe it's for an end game, maybe its not. Either way, the only winner is AI.
