A basic universal income is a trap. Obey us and get your measly paycheck. Don't do as you're told and we'll gleefully watch you starve.
Don't forget that above everything they plan and plot is a God. Yes things will get extremely bad but not forever. This will reach critical mass at some point and self combust. Meanwhile, leave the cities, go into the wilderness, farm your own food, live off the grid with no Internet, cell phones, or other traceable technology, head down and low profile till this all blows over.
