Honestly? Understand wanting to use AI for image generation when it comes to things like throwing together a quick map for dnd or other tabletop cause that can take a lot of time and not having that ready is a pain.. I'd assume. I've never actually been a DM. However, something that you want made like... drawing a character? Or something you have in your head? Try drawing it yourself. AI can do it, sure. But it won't be what you wanted exactly... and yeah, that's the downside, in my opinion.. AI should still be used but not as a substitute for art but a tool... just... as long as they actually get concent from the artists next time, yeah? Anyway! That's my take on it. But hey! If anyone else has a different take, I'd be more than happy to hear it! Also, this whole "born with talent" thing is bullshit. Sure, some are naturally good at something but natural talent and actually practised skill? Very different. And you can see that in this video here! Just look at those two comparisons! Day and night. They were both good in their own way but the newer one? Way smoother lines, and you can really tell that they've improved! It's that kind of thing that is just so awesome to me and that will never be able to be replicated by AI unless they begin making art entirely by themselves without having been fed a shit ton of art by creatures who didn't concent to it... anyway, I've rambled in enough.
