So-called “artificial intelligence” is not intelligent in the slightest. Nor is it stupid. It is simply nothing! Code! Even a garden hose is more than AI. It does not understand either, because then it would have to be able to say, “I understand.” It does say it, but who is the “I” that it appropriates? The code? The processor? The server? It doesn't use letters “under the hood,” but rather sequences of numbers. And it “understands” our words just as well as we could understand a huge block of numbers. Namely, not at all. We, on the other hand, are so intelligent that we can use our intelligence to make a computer appear to be intelligent—which it cannot be and is not.
