I’d love to see more profit sharing and more workers seeing the benefits of putting in good work rather than simple benefits of spending an amount of time in a place. That said, hoping the government does right by you is often a fool’s dream. Invest in AI now, even a little bit if you have modest means. It will pay off big time down the road as we are on the cusp of a massive economic boom. Don’t look back in 15-20 years and wish you’d gotten a small piece of the AI wave. The government may not do it for you, you might have to forge your own path to prosperity.
