I’ve been driving tractor trailer trucks since 1991. I am now 61 years old. Self driving trucks don’t take vacations or require breaks or take holidays off or ask for retirement benefits. The whole purpose of driverless trucks is to maximize profits for their investors. I have about 6 more years until I retire. If I don’t make it to retirement before automation takes over I sure hope I die before then.
