Regarding the lights thing, I've had some close calls with oncoming tractors while driving at night on narrow country roads in Germany. Two things: As long as they're old and have two headlights that are close together they can easily be mistaken for a car that's very far away when in fact it isn't a car and he is quite close. Second, modern tractors are MASSIVE and are even wider than the lane they're driving on AND mostly carry some machinery that's even wider. Even at daytime that makes it dangerous to have them in the oncoming line, now imagine this in the dark with no extra lights marking the with of this whole thing... So how should an AI get it right when it is practically impossible to see the stuff that's hidden in the dark while you're blinded by headlights lol
