There's a kind of value to a hand painted piece of art that you can't get from a talented artist who does everything digitally using art assistance programs like photo shop. That doesn't mean digital art has no value, it just isn't the same as non digital art.
I think in the future we'll see a similar divide between digital art, and AI assisted art.
I say this as someone who has no artistic talent or experiance, or any desire to use AI
