Ngl the solution isn't to prevent "ai artists" from copyrighting their work, because that will just lead the "good ai artists" from hiding the fact that it's ai art. The solution is to require ai artists to disclose that their "art" is ai generated if more than X% was made by ai. For example a lot of "ai artists" will generate a picture and then alter it/fix it afterwards, should still be labeled as an "ai generated art piece". And if they fail to disclose this and get caught you give them a hefty fine. At least that way people that don't want to support ai art will have an easier time not accidentally buying something ai generated, and "ai artists" will never be able to have high value on their pieces unless they actually put in a lot of post work on it because people could easily replicate it for personal use.
