As project manager for the second largest or first shipping company in the US, we are constantly tasked with replacing entry level and even the offshore jobs with automation and AI. As much as i fight back theres no way around it but also we aren't growing or having more income especially with all these tariffs so we have no choice but to focus on lowering costs hence less employees or hiring
