On the bright side, it will be impossible for the ultra wealthy to “own” AGI. Eventually it will become open source via leaks or theft, which will render billionaires obsolete. We can use AGI to solve all the social and humanitarian issues we act like we can’t solve under capitalism. All the issues billionaires could solve but don’t because human greed is a fucking disease.
