Generative AI uses statistical models and like every statistic the results contain statistical errors (called "hallucinations"). This AI cannot fully replace any type of work (generation of works) due to these errors in the results. You don't use a result of Generative AI as-is like you don't use an election poll result to determine an election. The jobs in the business of the production/analysis of texts, images and videos will shift towards instructing AI and supervising of the works generated by it. This still needs expertise.
