Sadly, I feel this is going to be a forever problem. I think higher ups at companies will forever, on some level, chase the belief that AI can write code as good or better than human developers, and try to save money by having less developers. I don't think giving new developers learning opportunities will ever factor into their decisions. The only see the $$$. The won't take into account the issues mentioned here.
